My Story

Keegan Michael McCarthy has gone from a child diagnosed with Ph+ ALL in '06 to a young man defying the odds as a Senior in high school. He loves the Indianapolis Colts led by Andrew Luck, Peyton Manning and the Broncos AND Notre Dame Irish Football. He took his love of sports and has participated in tennis and has managed the varsity basketball team in high school. Keegan received a bone marrow transplant in May 2006 from his sister, Shannon. What an act of love! To sign up to be a bone marrow donor to others in need like Shannon did for Keegan, go to www.marrow.org and sign up to save a life. Keegan is very excited for the 8th Annual St. Baldrick's fundraiser this year. We have set our fundraising goal at $50,000. Please join us at our event on Saturday, March 9, 2013 at the Knights of Columbus #3660 beginning at 3 p.m. Be a donor, a volunteer, or a shavee...all your help is appreciated. As Keegan always says, "DEAD CANCER"
