Jake was diagnosed with Acute Lymphocity Leukemia (ALL) weeks before his 2nd birthday. He relapsed after 2 years of active treatment and successfully completed radiation, more chemo, and lots of hospital stays after another 2.5 yaers of treatment. Jake is now an active, HEALTHY 8 year old. He enjoys 3rd grade, snakes, bugs, basketball, collecting things and teasing his 6 year old sister, Megan.
