My Story

Emmy was diagnosed with ALL on September 14, 2009 the day after her first dance performance. It was the single most difficult thing we have had to go through. She has been so strong and her smile has helped us all. She takes everyday as an opportunity to do something new and tell her story to others. Emmy loves to dance, paint, sing, and can't wait to start doing sports when her doctors say that it is okay. Emmy has a tender heart and can only see the good in things. She knows in her heart that her doctors and God will help her get better. Her favorite saying is "When I get better...."
