My Story

Jessica was diagnosed with a brain tumor just a short time before her 16th birthday. She had surgery the day after her birthday and we found out soon after that it was cancer: Anaplastic Astrocytoma (Grade 3 Glioma). After a very brave 12-month fight, she earned her wings 3 days after her 17th birthday. Jessica left behind volumes of writings, artwork, and photography. We continue to unearth new treasures when we least expect it. She was wise well beyond her 17 years and seemed to have an uncanny grasp on life, and how to live it. We miss her more with each passing day. To learn more about Jessica's journey, please visit http://caringbridge.org/visit/jessicarandall
