On 11/5/08 we received the news that our 2 year old daughter Talia had Medulloblastoma with metastic disease to the spine which is a aggressive malignant tumor in the brain and she had four tumors on the spine. The odds were against her.
Talia had brain surgery and the tumor in the brain was removed. Talia then underwent 6 months of intensive chemotherapy followed by stem cell transplant. We then went to Houston, TX for Proton radiation for 6 weeks.
On October 1, 2009 we were given the news that Talia was in remission. After her latest MRI on 1/22/10 it was confirmed again that Talia was indeed still in remission!!!!! Please join us in raising money to find a cure!
