My Story

Sofia is a fighter! At only 18 months old she was diagnosed with Leukemia. She endured over 30 months of chemotherapy, lost her hair, got poked and prodded with all kinds of needles in her chest, arm, legs and spine and spent many months of her young life in the hospital. Because of the great strides in cancer treatment, a fantastic local medical team and overwhelming support from our friends and family Sofia beat this terrible disease. We are forever grateful and thankful for our vivacious, smart, beautiful little girl. She is a healthy 2nd grader now and loves gymnastics, swimming, reading and being with her friends and family.
