Maddie S.Follow

Maddie is a very active and happy child. She was diagnosed with ALL in February 2008. Since her leukemia would not go away and stay away, she needed a bone marrow transplant. She had the transplant in July of 2008 and was given a 20% chance of success. Seven months later, she is still cancer free and looking forward to getting back to normal life in April, when she will be able to go back to school and cheerleading. She also now wants to do karate. She is alive today because of all the research that has happened in the past. Now, we'd like to help other children in the same terrifying situation that we found ourselves in last year.
