My Story

Emily was a wonderful 18-year-old who was diagnosed with Ewing's Sarcoma in January 2008. She graduated from Southeast High School in June after spending the second semester of her Senior year in a hospital bed. Emily loved to shop. Her favorite band was Blink-182. She loved her cat, Peanut, and her puppy, Motley. She hoped to attend college in 2009 at Duke University. She wanted to become a Lawyer. She attributed her strength to her faith in God.
