My Story

Nathan is a very passionate child that would not let cancer hold him down. He named his tumor "Mr. Yucky", and when his tumor was to be removed, he told his surgeon to make sure he stomped on it to make sure it was really gone. Nathan went through treatment with a positive attitude and has come out the other side very driven. Nathan thows himself into fundraising for Cancer. He has 2 walks under belt, and recently shaved his head at his 1st St. Baldrick's Fundraiser. He finally convinced me to let him shave it after he said "It's just hair, Mom, and I need to do this for all of the other kids that are going through what I went through." After shaving his head, he has been raising addtional funds by charging 10 cents a rub on his head. Nathan also loves his animals, especially his Shire horses. He is learning to drive cart with his horse Albert, and absolutely loves it. He is a wonderful, vibrant boy!
