My Story

Dante was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma on December 28, 2007 at 15 months old. Dante endured 2 major surgeries, 2 Broken bones due to weakness from Chemotherapy, 2 Stem Cell Transplants, Countless blood and platelet transfusions, more hospitals stays in 1 year then most adults. Dante always had a smile on his face. We were hard pressed not to see him goofing off and smiling. Sadly, Dante earned his wings on 1.6.09 at the age 2 years, 3.5 months. We are heartbroken more then you will know. We are truly blessed to have loved Dante for over 2 years. He passed gracefully and with dignity. We are so proud of our Trooper. We want to thank St. Baldrick's and everyone participating in such an amazing foundation. You are heroes because you are standing up for our kids! xoxo Tony, Jo and our Angel, Trooper til the end, Dante
