My Story

Hannah had a small growth in her right cheek that initially was thought to be a blocked saliva duct. After seeing several different doctors and having a surgical biopsy, it was determined to be Embryona Rhabdomyosarcoma. She was diagnosed at stage 1 group 1, thankfully. Her tumor was fully excised with clean margins on Oct 1, 2007 and had not spread to any other parts of her body. She has undergone 22 weeks of chemotheryapy treatment and will be finished with this treatment on March 7, 2008. After that she will undergo serveal differnt scans to make sure she is still cancer free and will then be scanned every three months . Hannah is doing great, last scans were in December 2011. Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers! We are blessed to have such a strong, amazing daughter!
