Tribute gifts can also mark a special occasion - the anniversary of diagnosis for a survivor, a birthday, Bar Mitzvah, a wedding anniversary, graduation, quinceaera or other milestone event.
The St. Baldrick's Foundation will send a card to notify the honoree or family of your gift.

To send a tribute or memorial gift by mail, please include:
- The donor's name(s), and any special way you'd like to be recognized to the honoree or family (Mom & Dad, Aunt Susan, Your Friends at XYZ, etc.)
- Your address, so we can thank you for the donation
- Your donation check, made payable to "St. Baldrick's Foundation"
- Name of your honoree and/or the special occasion being marked
- Name and address for the card to be sent notifying the honoree or family
