Double your donation!  How?  Check with your employer about a Matching Gift program.  Many companies give back to the community and encourage their employees to do the same.  With one easy application, your company could match your donation dollar for dollar, and in some instances, even more! 

• Check with Human Resources or the Corporate Giving Department
• Find out the procedure your company uses for the applications – some are online, others require a paper form mailed to the foundation

If you have a paper application, fill out the portion with your personal and employer information and send or fax the form to the St. Baldrick’s Foundation at:

When we receive your application, we will fill out the section with our information (confirming your donation) and return the form to your company.  If the application is eligible, your company will send us a matching gift check according to their payment schedule.  The contribution will be credited to the same shavee or event as your original donation (even if it is after the event).

Please be patient as you watch for your matching gift to be posted.  We receive thousands of applications and process them as quickly as we can!
