Run a Half Marathon with St. Baldrick’s
and the Rally Foundation for Childhood Cancer Research
The St. Baldrick’s Foundation has teamed up with the Rally Foundation for Childhood Cancer Research to offer half marathon training for beginning to advanced runners and walkers. Participants will race at endurance events across the nation, in honor of a child fighting cancer, while raising awareness and funds for childhood cancer research.
Co-named grants will be jointly awarded by both organizations to leading institutions across the U.S. funding some of the most brilliant childhood cancer research experts in the country.
Since being founded in 2005, Rally has funded more than $2.2 million for childhood cancer research – working alongside organizations like the St. Baldrick’s Foundation to bridge the gap in research funding left by government and pharmaceutical companies.
Start your half marathon training today (or a full marathon, if you are so inspired) and run the race to Conquer Kids’ Cancer!

Matching Gifts
You can double your donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation! How?
- Search for your company here to see if they will match your gift. You will also find important details on how to apply for your match.
- Can't find your company? Check with Human Resources or the Corporate Giving Department to see if they might match your gift.
- Complete the application, we’ll process it on our end and if it’s eligible, your company will send us a matching gift check. The contribution will be credited to the same shavee, team or event as your original donation.
Please be patient as you watch for your matching gift to be posted. We receive thousands of applications and process them as quickly as we can!

Make a Tribute or Memorial Gift
Your tribute or memorial gift can honor a child who has - or had - cancer, or another special person in your life.
Tribute gifts can also mark a special occasion - the anniversary of diagnosis for a survivor, a birthday, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, a wedding anniversary, graduation, quinceañera, or other milestone event.
Upon request, the St. Baldrick’s Foundation will send a card to notify the honoree or family of your gift.

Combined Federal Campaign for Government Employees
Do you work for the federal or state governments or are serving in the military? Then you can make a difference for kids with cancer through your workplace! The St. Baldrick's Foundation participates in the Combined Federal Campaign for federal and military employees and State programs for government employees at the local level.
In the fall, during the CancerCure Federation, donors should look for St. Baldrick's under our campaign name: Childhood Cancer Research - St. Baldrick's Foundation, and use our CFC number: 12395 to make a pledge. Employees can check with their administrative office for a pledge card and instructions on how their donations can be deducted from their paycheck to fund life-saving research for kids fighting cancer!

Shop and Sell on eBay for St. Baldrick's
You can now support the St. Baldrick's Foundation and raise money for childhood cancer research when you sell or shop for items on eBay through their Giving Works program.
There are three ways to help:
- Donate –Choose the St. Baldrick's Foundation as your favorite charity on eBay and give a gift as you checkout. Simply add the donation to your purchase and eBay's non-profit partner, MissionFish, will ensure that it is delivered safely and securely. Learn more.

Gifts of Stock
Why give stock to the St. Baldrick's Foundation? The first reason is to help cure childhood cancer. But here's another.
Let's say you bought $1,000 in shares of your favorite company a few years ago, and now its value is $5,000. If you gift this stock to the St. Baldrick's Foundation, you're eligible for a tax deduction for the full $5,000 value. And you'll avoid the capital gains taxes you'd have to pay on the $4,000 appreciation if you sold the stock.

Volunteer at the St. Baldrick’s office!
Do you live or work near Monrovia, California? If so, the St. Baldrick’s Foundation is always on the lookout for office assistance! We have several volunteer opportunities that include preparing mailings, filing, calling volunteers throughout the country, and more! There may also be opportunities based on your area of expertise – call us to find out!

Donate Goods or Services
The St. Baldrick’s Foundation keeps a tight budget – help reduce our expenses and improve our organization:
- Donate office supplies to reduce our administrative budget
- Are you an expert? Offer training to St. Baldrick’s staff or volunteers.
- What’s your talent or profession? Offer your expertise in photography, videography, legal or many other services
- Travel a lot? Donate your unused airline miles or hotel points
- Got gift cards? If you don’t plan to use them, give them to St. Baldrick’s! We can use them to reduce travel expenses or recognize volunteers.
