The Vernon Hills Capitals have teamed up with the St. Baldrick's Foundation to help conquer childhood cancer. The Capitals will host a St. Baldrick's event on Sunday, February 5, 2012, between 11am-4pm.
The Capitals will play host to the West Bend Bombers that day at 12:30pm. Six Capitals players will have their heads shaved at the conclusion of the game. They are Doug Bair, Mike Bolt, Derek Hay, Chris Hoss, Dale Michonski, and Peter Wisnieff.
