Stead Society Shave-a-thonFollow

The Duke University Physician Assistant Class of 2012 is holding a Stead Society “shave-a-thon” at Tyler’s Taproom in Durham, NC to help donate to this cause. Several of our classmates, colleagues, family and friends will be shaving their heads to stand in solidarity with children fighting cancer, but more importantly, to raise money to find cures. If you’re available, please join us at Tyler’s for the festivities.
The St. Baldrick’s Foundation is a volunteer-driven charity committed to funding the most promising research to find cures for childhood cancers and give survivors long and healthy lives. The St. Baldrick’s Foundation funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any other organization except the U.S. government, raising $14 million in 2010 alone.
Help us reach our fundraising goals, and do what we can in the fight against childhood cancer. The Duke Blue Devils of tomorrow are counting on us to do what we can.
