Event Details

The St. Baldrick’s Foundation has benefitted many in our Air Force Family. They have even helped one our own here at Ramstein. Josephine Anne Beardsley, daughter of TSgt Beardsley (86th Maintenance Squadron) was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) on 26 June 2008 when she was 21 months old. She has been in active treatment since that date and will continue until this October. The Air Force Sergeants Association (AFSA chapter 1674) is helping us with this event in tribute to all those who fight, have fought, and will start the fight against childhood cancer. It is events like these that help raise monies for the research to find new treatments in the battle against cancer.
