Thank you for visiting the St. Baldrick’s Shave to Save fundraising page! Last year, the first ever UW Shave to Save event raised over $30,000.00 for patient care and cancer research at American Family Children’s Hospital and UW Carbone Cancer Center. This year, we are teaming up with St. Baldrick’s to raise money for childhood cancer research at institutions across the United States. The St. Baldrick’s Foundation is currently funding over 2 million dollars of pediatric cancer research at UW-Madison (affiliated with American Family Children's Hospital), which is only possible because of people like YOU! How can you get involved? Help us out by going under the razor and asking family, friends, and co-workers to make tax deductible contributions in your name! Not ready to say goodbye to your lovely locks? You can still donate to the cause, or help us out by spreading the word about our event on June 14, 2014. Do you own a business? Are you a crafty person? Donate artwork, gift cards, or other items/services to be raffled off at our event. All proceeds from the raffle will benefit the UW Carbone Cancer Center.
