Tomorrow's the Day!! We will meet in the Brody School of Medicine Auditorium. The event will begin promptly at 2pm so come early! Also, Headbands of Hope will be selling headbands to raise awareness and money for kids cancer research. Every headband purchased, one is given to a girl with cancer and $1 is donated to the St. Baldricks foundation. Don't forget to bring some money to support another great cause! www.headbandsofhope.org We are ecstatic to announce our second annual St. Baldrick's event! This year, Brody medical students, faculty, staff, and Vidant employees will join forces to shave heads and fight cancer. We'd love for you to join! Please browse our website to see how you can help. From shaving your head, to donating hair, to donating money every little bit helps! Thank you in advance for your contribution! As we did last year, we are accepting hair donations from women who would like to donate to Pantene Beautiful Lengths. This great organization makes wigs for cancer patients. Hair donators may sign up as a "volunteer" and request donations from friends and family for their contribution as well. Below is the link. http://www.pantene.com/en-US/PanteneBeautifulLengths/Pages/default.aspx Sincerely, The Brody 3rd Year Medical Students

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
