Creek Monkey Tap House

It’s that time of year again, time to raise money and get a little chilly. St. Baldrick’s Foundation has once again designated the Creek Monkey as a site for their annual fundraiser to combat children’s cancer by raising funds for research. For those of you who haven’t participated before, this will be our third year as a designated site. St. Baldrick’s Foundation raises more money for children’s cancer research than any other institution except the federal government. The details: When: Saturday, March 15, 2014 from 11am until 5pm. Where: adjacent to the Creek Monkey at 611 Escobar Street, Martinez What do you need to do: Go onto the St. Baldrick’s Foundation website and search for event locations under Creek Monkey. www.stbaldricks.org You can join an existing team or form one of your own. Register as a shavee and then start raising money from friends and family. There will be music and entertainment throughout the day. We plan on having the restaurant open and having a BBQ outside. There will also be educational booths. We look forward to seeing you on the 15th. Be a hero for kids with cancer!Join this St. Baldrick's event, and whether you decide to shave your head, volunteer, or donate, we hope you'll be a part of the excitement. The St. Baldrick's Foundation is a volunteer-driven charity that funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government.Get involved and you'll be giving hope to infants, children, teens and young adults fighting childhood cancers.

St. Baldrick’s Honored Kids

Kids with cancer are our reason for it all. They’re the inspiration behind our event and the reason we’re helping fund childhood cancer research. We believe all kids should be able to grow up and turn their dreams into realities. Join our event or make a donation, and click the photos below to read their incredible stories.
