Since our first event in 2007, we have adopted St. Baldrick’s into the fold of the true NetApp culture which includes customers, employees, partners, families, friends, and giving back to those in need. In 2012, our participation grew to 26 offices, and more than 600 NetApp employees, friends, family & colleagues joining in the mission to Conquer Kids’ Cancer. In total, we raised more than $1,500,000 in a single year for childhood cancer research – setting a new record for corporate fundraising for the St. Baldrick’s Foundation for the second year in a row.
In 2012, NetApp has become a Platinum Level Sponsor of the St. Baldrick’s Foundation. Since 2007 we have raised in excess of $3,400,000 in just 6 years!
