Re-Register Your St. Baldrick’s Event for 2015 and Win a $100 Office Supply Gift Card

We hear from many Volunteer Event Organizers (VEOs) that organizing a St. Baldrick’s head-shaving event was one of the most rewarding experiences of their life.

Do you feel the same? If you’ve organized an event before, remember how great the day was?

This year, we wanted to do a little something special to show our appreciation for all of the hard work VEOs put into organizing their event …

Through September 19, every returning VEO who re-registers their event for 2015 and completes the necessary steps to make it live on our website will be entered into a drawing each Friday to win one of five $100 gift cards to the office supply store of their choice! Can you imagine how many cool supplies you can get for your event if you win?

Here’s the nitty-gritty:

• • Who is eligible: Returning VEOs who re-register their event for 2015, and the event is live on the St. Baldrick’s website
  • Prizes: Five VEOs will win a $100 gift card to the office supply store of their choice
  • Raffle days: Check out our Facebook page each Friday morning from August 22 through September 19 to see if you’ve won!

How to re-register your event:

• • Go to stbaldricks.org/organize-an-event
  • Click on “Register your event again”
  • Sign in and click “Renew event”
  • Submit your organizer agreement
  • Complete a new background check, if needed
  • Once you complete these steps, your coach will make your event page live and you will be entered into the drawing!

HINT: The earlier your event is live, the more gift cards you are eligible for! Make your event live by 10am Friday, August 22, you will be eligible for all five gift cards.

Let’s recap: When you re-register your event and it goes live, you have a chance to win a $100 gift card to the office supply store of your choice, and you will be changing the lives of kids with cancer by raising money for childhood cancer research, all at the same time.
