Dear Friends,
Welcome to the 9th annual St. Baldrick's celebration!
Since 2005, when St. Baldrick's became an independent foundation, 13 fellowships have been funded, helping launch brilliant new careers in childhood cancer research, and over $16 million has been awarded to support research at more than 230 institutions.
At this time, St. Baldrick's is on the brink of becoming a household name, but this fictional saint didn't enter into the vocabulary of so many people as a result of advertising and marketing dollars. Instead, the St. Baldrick's name has traveled across the globe, from person to person, as a name that represents progress, hope and solidarity for families of children with cancer.
It is not without purpose that we charge forward, spreading the St. Baldrick's message, it is with hope that a cure for childhood cancer can be found in our lifetime. Through the tremendous generosity of our donors and participants, St. Baldrick's aims to:
You will be moved to action when you meet some of the brave kids who are battling childhood cancer.
The St. Baldrick's Foundation is a non-profit 501 (c)3 organization, IRS identification number 20-1173824.
Donations made to the St. Baldrick's Foundation are tax deductible in the U.S.
