Every 3 ½ minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer. Thousands of volunteers join the St. Baldrick's Foundation each year and shave their heads in solidarity with kids fighting cancer, while raising awareness and funds to support childhood cancer research. But you don’t have to shave your head to be a hero for kids with cancer. Visit StBaldricks.org to learn more.
St. Baldrick’s Foundation is proud to unveil the next public service announcement (PSA) from the “Get Involved, Be a Hero” campaign, featuring actress Andrea Roth. The new public education campaign features heartbreaking realities about childhood cancer and encourages viewers to help find a cure, directing them to resources at StBaldricks.org.
The “Imagine” 15 sec PSA is the second of four PSAs to be launched, as part of the St. Baldrick’s “Get Involved, Be a Hero” public education campaign. A new PSA will be released every Thursday for the next two weeks. The “What Matters” PSA launched the campaign, on April 15. If you missed it, check it out and be sure to come back and catch them all. To view stills from the shoot of the PSA, follow this link to the St. Baldrick's Flickr account.
Produced by Todd Biermann and Written and Directed by Ryan Close. Learn more about Andrea's support click here.
