It's All Coming Off...Twice!

Ten years ago, St. Baldrick’s Co-Founder and Board Chairman Tim Kenny challenged his friends, John Bender and Enda McDonnell—to find a way to give back to society.  John and Enda decided to shave their heads at their industry’s annual St. Patrick’s Day party at Jim Brady’s Bar in Manhattan.  They recruited 17 other ‘shavees’ and raised an incredible $104,000 and St. Baldrick’s was born.

To mark the 10^th anniversary of St. Baldrick’s, Tim Kenny will shave in honor of a young friend, Jennifer A. who has been battling a rare form of cancer, Lepto Meningeal Sarcoma, for the past five years. 

Anyone who knows Tim knows he does everything in a big way and St. Baldrick’s is no different.  Tim will shave half his head on March 13 at Napper Tandy’s  in Northport, NY and the other half on March 17 at Jim Brady’s – the “birthplace of St. Baldrick’s.”
